Step 2: Pre-Booking Discussion

You can arrange a discussion with our staff to find out more about the process of buying Executive Condo, the restriction and eligibility criteria(usually, this takes place at the showflat). This session will prepare you for the booking day, giving you more confidence in making your decision. During this session, our staff will also go through the financial assessment and schedule with you, assess your eligibility to purchase Executive Condo and prepare your application for the balloting day.

Step 3: Booking Day

Turn up on the booking day with the necessary document and wait for your number to be called. Once your number is called, you are ready to book the available unit at the point of time. And we would like to wish you good luck on your booking day!

Good to know: There are no application fees or penalties for not booking any units on the booking day.
